Things to do with the Kids this Easter Mid-Term

With the kids off on Mid-Term, you might be wracking your brain with what to do with the kids.

We have come up with some great ideas to entertain the kids and get them out of the house and kept busy. Whether you want to head to the Park for the day, a trip to the museum or even to the cinema, we have something to suit everyone.

1: Cinema with the Kids: Why not bring the kids to the Cinema this Mid-Term where they have a whole host of movies to choose from A Wrinkle in Time, Peter Rabbit, and many more! You can head to Cineworld on Parnell Street.

2: The Wax Museum: This a fun day out with the whole family, The Wax Museum is located on Westmoreland street. It is home to many famous faces and has fun activities to do.

3: The Science Gallery: Located by the side of Trinity, The Science Gallery is a fun yet the Educational way you can spend the afternoon with the kids.

4: The Playground in St.Stephens Green: Weather permitting, of course, you should definitely head to the Park for the day. Head to St. Stephens Green, where they have a fab playground for the kids. Why not grab a coffee in one of the cafes in the area.

5: The National Leprechaun Museum: Why not bring the Kids to the National Leprechaun Museum. Here you can learn all about Irish Folklore and mythology. It is the first ever destination to that is dedicated to the world of Irish myth and storytelling.

6: Little Museum of Dublin: Located in an 18th-century Georgian townhouse, The Little Museum of Dublin of Grafton Street. Here you can take a guided tour of the museum. throughout the tour, you will learn and find out about the history of the city.

7: Do Dublin: This is a great day out for all the family and kids of any age group. Head into town where you can hop on the Do Dublin open-top bus and take a tour around the city, taking in all that there is to see around the city.

8:GPO: Why not visit the G.P.O. and take their history tour of 1916. There is also a cafe and shop that you can visit after the tour is over.

9: Events happening in Jervis: For Easter, Jervis is home to an array of fun activities for the kids throughout the centre. The smallest animal show takes place on Thursday the 29th of March from 1:00 – 5:00 pm. There will be Easter Craft Workshops happing on Saturday 31st on March from 1:00 – 5:00 PM.

10: Events happening in Ilac: At Ilac Shopping centre, make sure you visit their Easter Snow Globe where you can get inside and get your photo taken. It is currently up and running and will be in the centre until April 7th.
